Project: Direct Submission Pathway

Aims

Create and test a pathway for accepting direct submissions from author teams to the Central Editorial Service and scaling up

• Broadening opportunities for review submissions, on developing Cochrane evidence syntheses whilst ensuring quality control; broadening opportunities for Fields & Geo Groups

• Improving the experience of authors who might not choose other submission pathways at Cochrane

• Attracting high impact topics

• Supporting different types and formats of Cochrane evidence to meet stakeholder needs
